We arrived off the ferry and there was a lady who greeted us for the accommodation we are staying in: called Villa Vasilis there is 9 of us in a big house together. This place has made me love Greece again. Ben and I get a nice big room with a bathroom and a deck - which I took a picture of. The lady who escorted us here in her van - was over the top lovely, which is a breath of fresh air for service around here. We have found the service of the Greeks to be not that friendly - maybe they are just over tourists!
I would give this place a 10 out of 10 with service and accommodation in Greece! It's expensive though €122 for 4x nights whereas 'Far Out Beach Club' in Ios was only €55 for 4x nights but there is a big difference of the standard of accommodation between the 2 places - so you pay for what you get.
We have some beers and a big pasta dinner with everyone thanks to chef Ben, we say goodbye to our good friends James and Alex who travel to Athens and then back to reality in NZ!
