Day 25 - Croatia

We pretty much slept and ate all day to recover from last nights bender.

Ben managed to go for a swim but it was just so hot, that by having air conditioning in our apartment we just didn't want to leave..... So we didn't!

Since we didn't do much today I thought now is a perfect opportunity to tell what new things we have experienced In Europe which are different to back home.

- You have to weigh your own fruit and veges at all grocery stores - it's so annoying as it takes up heaps of your time but then you know exactly how much your paying for it.

- A lot of cities we have been to don't serve breakfast type foods, like no eggs, bacon, muesli which is hard to adjust to.

- Tourism is new in Pag, so the locals speak very little English, but just enough to get by.

- They have amazing guy and girl dancers on stages in all clubs across the Mediterranean which is entertaining and there are even girls that are paid to dance and hang out in the VIP area, all gorgeous of course.

- It can be frustrating with the different currency changes in all the different cities. As you get use to converting prices in your head to euros to get the jist of how much things cost and then off to the next city - new conversion rate.

- The sun is hot, but not as intense as Aus and NZ, so you may spend all day in the sun and only get slightly tanned.

- Always looking in the opposite direction when crossing the road is one we have all tried to get use too.
