Day 66 - Bali

We hired scooters for the day and explored the island. The further you travel into the mainland the more rural it gets and you get to see the Balinese
peoples way of life. Seaweed is drying everywhere here. It grows in the coral reef and at night time when the tide is out we can see people collecting it. As we walk around the island there is seaweed ready to be deported somewhere and to use for what, we don't know.

We come across some cool cliff jumping spots such as 'Mahana', it's a great spot but when the tide is out and you can see the bottom from 8metres high, well none of us were going to jump that's for sure.

We enjoy lunch at the same restaurant we went for dinner last night 'Scooby Doos', Katie and I had a nice vegetarian stir fry dish with rice, whilst Ben had a club sandwich and James a nasi goreng. Once you have a tried and true method - you stick to what you know is good!

I was feeling a bit under the weather, and didn't want to be in the sun for the afternoon so I stayed inside - phoning my mum :) and watching some TV shows on our laptop.
