Day 53 - Bali

We enjoyed a full breakfast in the restaurant of our hotel. I had some fresh fruit with muesli and Ben had some fried rice, noodles, chicken, sausages and dumplings. Got to love a buffet breakfast!

We got a free shuttle from our hotel to the beach, which go every 2hrs from midday. We enjoy laying at the beach on 2x loungers for only $2.50 Aud each. Most prices are discussed in Australian dollar as there are so many Aussies who come here! Ben brought an ice cream from street man on the beach and I brought a yummy mango.

It's a hot 30 degrees today, you can really feel the sun burning you here compared with the mediteranean.

We walked back to our villa which took 15 minutes. We swam in our amazing pool and chilled out in our hotel. We love it here and are gutted we have to checkout tomorrow.

We had a wee nap as you do on holiday and then we taxied to a restaurant called 'Rumours' for dinner. We came here on a recommendation from one of our friends. We had a corona, calamari for a shared entree. Ben had a steak, I had a chicken steak with veges and then we had dessert - a chocolate brownie and a frozen yoghurt ice cream wih berries. The food was amazing and the service was so attentive. The whole meal cost $32Aud and I would highly recommend this restaurant!

We walked home which took 25 minutes, it was a nice way to digest our food - plus I brought a bikini bottom in a 'Quicksilver' store for $22Aud, one that goes half up your bum which is the fashion over here.

We watched the movie 'The Dictator' on dvd in our Villa which we brought for $1 today!
