We caught a taxi to Da Nang and then flew from there to Hanoi. We found it was a cheaper to fly for 1 hour then train for 18 hours.
We caught a taxi to 'Pho Ly Quoc Su' street which is where a lot of hostels and hotels are. We walked around a bit and found a hotel 'Hanoi Victor Le Bach Hotel' for $7.5 each a night. The hotel prices seem to be a bit more expensive here.
We went to get some food next food to our hotel at a cafe called 'Joma'. We had a yummy lasagne.
We walked around the streets and just saw the same old markets we've seen before.
We went for dinner at 'Backpackers Hostel' for a good chicken breast hearty meal. Sometimes you just want to eat western food. We were pretty tired from the long day of travelling so we had an early nights sleep.
