Day 94 - Vietnam

After a good egg and beans breakfast we visited the dentist to get a clean and polish. For only $10 you can't go wrong. There are dentists everywhere all offering an extensive range of services for cheap! Ben and I went to 'Pearl Dental Clinic' which was clean and had nice Vietnamese people speaking relatively good English, which we found was important. Ben also had to get a filling which cost him $10.

We caught a taxi to China Town - which was 4 levels high, cramped with just so many markets selling - shoes, fabric for clothes, iPhone cases, ornaments and the list goes on. We brought a set of 10 chopsticks for $2 and an iPhone screen protectors for $3.

Today is just so hot and humid and I can feel a cold coming on, so we enjoyed a mango and passion fruit smoothie for only $1. Probably the best smoothie of my life.

We went out for dinner with Janes and Katie to a place called 'Beautiful Saigon 2 Hotel' which had a 10 page menu all at such low prices. I tried the famous Vietnamese soup called 'Pho' which was so tasty! The rest of the guys got chicken stir-frys.

We walked around a bit, booking and sorting out our day tomorrow. Ben and I have booked to go to the War Museum and Vietcong War Tunnels and an AK47 shooting range.
